The death of Benedict Jammeh, the former Director General of National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDEA) has been announced. Mr. Jammeh died last night in Banjul. He was ill for some time prior to his unfortunate demise.
Mr. Jammeh recently returned home after living in exile in neighboring Senegal for nearly four years. He was in the good books of the exiled Gambian dictator Yahya Jammeh, until the duo had fallen out. Hence, which led to his absconding to Senegal.
Ben Jammeh is a native of Kanilai village. He was a law enforcement officer. He was allegedly used by the Kanilai monster to frame his opponents. He studied law, but he had no record of active practice.
